Pumpkin Dip

This is a favorite recipe from my friend Sarah Caban.  Everyone in the family loves it.


15 oz can of pumpkin
4 blocks cream cheese (or less, whatever)
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients well and serve in a pumpkin (or eat it straight from the mixing bowl) with Nilla Wafers or Graham Crackers.  Also good with Animal Crackers or a spoon.
