The Yummiest Pumpkin Muffins EVER

I liberated this recipe from my old neighbor in Arkansas.  I don't think she knows I have it.


3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. nutmeg
3 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
16 oz. canned pumpkin
2/3 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 bag chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees (15 minutes for muffins and 45 minutes for a loaf of bread).
